HERBICIDE TECHNICIAN/PEST TECHNICIAN
We are looking to add a few new people to our Pest Control and Industrial Vegetation Team. The individuals we are looking for are motivated. work independently and are highly customer focused.
Industrial Vegetation Teams will be asked to take up manual labor tasks and support operations on worksites, including preparing trucks/equipment for jobsites, and loading all necessary items to complete jobs. Driving a truck, pulling hose, winding up hose, and all necessary tasks to make our customers as satisfied as possible. Keeping trucks in a clean, safe and professional condition all season long. Reporting issues with equipment or unsafe conditions in a timely manner so issues can be resolved immediately. Filling out all necessary paperwork after job completion for proper record keeping.
Herbicide Requirements and skills
- Ability to meet the physical demands of the job (standing for long periods of time, lifting heavy loads of up to 40 pounds, keeping up with crew to get jobs done in a timely manner, etc.)
- Communication and teamwork skills
- Commitment to safety rules, and Personal Protective Equipment when necessary
- Follow instructions and work independently
Pest Control Technicians are responsible for providing quality services to customers in a variety of commercial businesses as well as residential homeowners.
Pest control Requirements and skills
- Ability to meet the physical demands of the job (standing/walking for long periods of time throughout hospitals, schools, factories, etc.)
- Comfortable working in a variety of different locations and conditions. (Confined spaces, wet, dusty, unsanitary, etc.) Must be comfortable climbing ladders
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
- Must be able to read and follow a map or GPS from site to site, and be able to follow a route, maintain a schedule and provide superior service to customers
- Commitment to safety rules and procedures, Personal Protective Equipment when necessary
- Must have valid driver’s license with less than 6 points
- Must pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check

Depending on your skill set, the starting rate is $19.50 an hour.
